Down Payment Assistance

This project is funded by the
Town of Great Barrington through the Community Preservation Act.

Features

• Down payment assistance loans, up to 10% of the purchase price of the home (to a maximum of $25,000), will be given to homebuyers who qualify with participating banks. This loan can be combined with other programs, such as first time home buyer programs and Federal Home Loan Bank grants.

The loans will be on a first-come, first-served basis — with a proven mortgage commitment from a participating lender.
